How do I get my downloads?

All downlods are delivered immediately after purchase is complete.
Do I have to purchase the music separately?

No! Our lights automatically come with a variety of songs for each holiday throughout the year. You are always able to purchase additional songs on our website if you would like.
What's your return policy?

We can not accept returns due to the digital nature of our products. We are glad to assist with any problems you may have with your order. Email us at info@animatedholidaylights.com for assistance.
Can I add lights or props later?

Yes. The best part about our lights is that you can add props for different holidays; A mega tree for Christmas, singing pumpkins for Halloween, or sparkling hearts for Valentines Day etc. The possibilities are endless. Please contact us to discuss.
What is your warranty?

We offer a 10-year warranty on all of our products and labor.
